Tech SME/start-up in Singapore
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Company constitution
- Financial statements (last 2 years or 1 year audited)
- Management accounts for the current year
- Latest country register a specific business profile
- Country registration id and passport of directors and shareholders
- Proof of address for company directors
- Bank statement for last 1 year These are the documents collected from the borrower during the onboarding process. Based on the sponsor requirements additional documents can be collected on a case to case basis
